I485 EB3 processing priority?

For EB3 category the PD is supposedly March 2002. Does this mean irrespective of when the I485 was applied they would process the I485 if the PD is before March 2002?

Question A: IS I485 processing dependant on primarily on RD or on PD?

Question B: IS I485 approval dependant on primarily on RD or on PD?

Please share your comments on my case below (posted earlier as well) -

I applied for I485 after the I140 was approved.

I485 RD Feb 2004
My PD is July 2002
Category EB3

Question 1: Is it correct that the new retrogression rules have pushed the PRIORITY DATES TO march 2002 and no more "CURRENT" for EB3?

Question 2: Since I applied for I485 after receiving I140 approval does it hurt the processing of I485...or is I485 processing just dependant on PD?

Question 3: How fast is the PD moving up these days...one month at a time? For March2005 PD for EB3 is supposed to be at March 2002...any idea if this is correct?

Your case is eligible to be processed if meets BOTH of the following conditions:
(1) Your RD is before the published JIT RD
--AND--
(2) Your PD is earlier than the published PD for your category.

Again meeting both of this doesn't necessarily mean that you'll be processed right now ... just that you have a chance to open an inquiry (after the usual 30 days blah).

Bullshit
The majority of approved applications have RD in dec 2002 and 2003 now. Just scan this forum.

---That will take effect only after March '05. Yes, Right.

---No, it doesn't/ it shouldn't. Your PD is the date your application gets reviewed on.

---I think it depends on what serivce center handles how much load they receive each day.

I hope this helps, what is your 140 file date, and what date your 140 got approved?
