I485 Documents

Hi,

What are all the documents required to apply for I485 ? Where can I find the application form ?

Note : I have searched this forum. But I can't find the answer

• Check for fee payment: $385 (I-485 fee and fingerprints fee)
• I-693 (sealed)

• G-325A

Supporting documents
• Copy of passport (main page and visa page) and copy of I-94 (front and back)
• Copy of approval of I-140
• Copy of H1-B
• Copies I-20s (four of them)
• Copy of EAD for F-1 Optional Practical Training
• Copy of employment letter
• Copies of W-2 and tax return forms 1040 for the last three (3) years (2004,2003,2002)
• Copies of my last three paychecks
• Copy of birth certificate
• Copy of diploma
• Copy of marriage certificate


I didn't applay for I765.
