I485 dependant teenager case still pending

My spouse, my now 15-year-old son (16 in May) and I filed concurrently on August 2002. Since then my spouse and I have both received our I485 approvals and green cards (we received our approval at the end of last November). However, our son has still yet to receive his approval. We are very exasperated because we have not seen anyone who has experienced such a delay in approval for a dependant.

Any help will be intensely appreciated.

You are not the only one. My spouse is pending too. I got approved end of Dec. last year. Infact there is a thread also for tracking such cases.

Also you should call VSC as some poster has suggested, it may not help all that much though. But once you talk to an officer you atleast know that your case is not lost somewhere .. USCIS is such a screwed organization, GOD Help us all ...
