Anyone know what could be this? Doesn't look like RFE

This is returned notification like request of evidence returned to the USCIS. They are going to send it again. Mostly you changed your address the last few months or so and they send it to the old address even if you changed the address and you received confirmation or even received many things in your new address.
 
Nothing to worry. This could be response to your SR (Service Request) or Address change request.
