I485 Case Transferred to TSC from VSC but file cannot be located

I talked to a representative at TSC today and she said that one of their system shows that my case was transferred to TSC and another one shows that it is at VSC. Basically they don't know where my file is currently.

She took my contact number and said that she will locate my file and give me a call in a couple of days.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Same here. Our files are transfered from VSC to TSC on March 7th. Congressman got update on our cases:
" Currently our office has received all the A files for this family; however, the Eastern Service still shows to be ownership of the electronic files and are not showing up on our system yet of being transferred.
They have received 20,000 I-485 applications and need time to add them into their own system. "

Update from TSC directly (called now):
" The transfer is not complete yet, it is in transition. They will call VSC and update me"

I think cases transfered after a certain date like say after March 7th are not ready or not in their system though physical files are transfered. Our bad luck.
