I recently had a FP for my I485 with an approved I140 based on OR.
My 485 RD is July14 2004.

today there was a LUD change with the message that FP results have been received and "processing has resumed on your case". I was wondering if anyone knows if this means that they are actually looking at my case and I can expect a decision soon.

Concurrently filed I140 and I485 on 6/12/2004
I140 approved 1/18/2005
FP done 2/25/2005
LUD for I485 3/24/2005 Notice says "Finger print report received on 3/7/2005 and processing has resumed on your case"
 
My I-485 was approved about 4 weeks after the notice saying that "Your Fingerprints have been received, and processing has resumed on your case...". Got the notice a week later, stamped passport about 1.5 weeks later, had GC in hand three weeks after that.

You guys are almost home free.

LUD early March with "Finger print results received on 3/x/2005 and processing has resumed on your case" message.

I saw some October to December 2004 EB-1 I-485 cases approved recently from the forum.

I have the same message after FP. Should we expect to see any more message changes before a decision is made? Also, are the approvals based on RD by the USCIS?
