online message says approved..here are the details on my application...

RD - 11/6/01
ND - 12/7/01 (+/- 1 day...am not sure)
RFE - 5/1/03 - Supplemental form for I-693, pay stubs, letter of employment, 2 year tax returns
RFE recvd. by BCIS - 5/30/03
AD - 6/25/03

Astonishment/Big sigh of relief - 6/26/03 !!

My application was a straightforward one with my H1 and GC process going through the same company

Congratulations on your approval.

I have received RFE for the similar things like you. I-693 supplemental forms, employment letter and pay stubs for two months.

I have a question regarding supplemental form. Do we need to go for new medical checkup to get supplemental form or we should get supplemental forms for the originals that we already submited.

In my case I have consulted my doctor who did my medical checkup in dec 2001 while filing I-485 and asked to mail the supplemental forms. She sent supplemental forms with past date. I have mailed the same to INS.

Please let me know how did u do that.
 
Medical check up was not required a second time. I believe my doctor simply included the old I693 along with the supplement. However, I do believe the supplemental forms were for the present date

I did have to get current on my shots i.e. booster shots for mmr, varicella and tetanus.
