My 485 got approved finally!

RD: 09/26/01

EAD/AP : 8/22/02
RFE: No RFE
AD: 02/04/03

I have been a passive observer for a long time (a very long time indeed..) getting information and hope from the posts of other people.

I hope this post gives hope to a few others.

one of my friends got RD about same time as you did, but he only gotten that he would be interviewed.
man, you guys better move forward so that mine would get approved.
 
congrats. I'm doing research on the RFE reasons, could you possible state if your company was big/small, how long you've been with them, or anything else you think is relevant?
 
I work for a billion dollar multinational consultancy company (might have shrunk a little bit due to economy) with over 6000 employees headquartered at Boston. I have been working for it since '99.

None of my friends have got an RFE to my knowledge.
Our company uses an attorney firm called Kaplan, O'sullivan and Friedman (for immigration needs) who are also based out of Boston. In my experience they are good.
