I checked the AVM this morning and it said," Thais case has been approved. On Dec. 21st an approval letter has been mailed.......". I have not received the notice yet. I spoke to the IIO the same day, avm is refering to and he told me that the case is with the officer and it may take some weeks. I have been visitor of this site since a few months. Good luck to all approval waiters.

Hello Rach 2001, could U please give details like EB, & Country, and What kind of status U came first to USA, just to see the trend of I 485 approvals by INS.
