Got an e-mail from my lawyer that mine and my husband\'s GC applications have been approved. My lawyer\'s office received the approval notices yesterday. AVM not updated as of yesterday evening.

EB3, PD:09/17/98, ND:09/11/99, FP:09/00 Approval Date:don\'t know yet

One question: I have not received any courtsey copies yet, is this alright? Can I go for stamping with lawyer\'s copies???

That\'s exactly what you need. Courtesy copy is your copy and in fact, the copy with lawyer is the original one. Good Luck.

Congrats!!! In fact, you have to go with approval notice received at your Lawyer\'s office. But people go for stamping with courtesy copies...

In Vermont center. INS requested additional evidence pay stub,W2 on April 23, 2001. They received the paper on May 1, 2001. My I485 receipt date is Nov 10, 1999. My friend\'s receipt date was month later. His been approved and I am frustrated. Please share your experience.

Approval Date 06/13.
