Our I485 was approved on 02/09/2001. Received Courtsey copy on 02/15/2001. Yet to receive original from lawyer.

EB3 India
RD- 09/13/1999
ND-09/29/1999
RFE- Employment Letter 01/03/2001
Response to RFE sent by lawyer on 01/26/2001
Approved on 02/09/2001

Is it necessary to take the original approval notice to INS for stamping or is the copy sufficient?

I have previously posted info in the name of Casper also.

Congratulations....
Copy is sufficient as per previous postings.. Better wait for the people resopnses who have actually stamped their passports with copy...

Also Can you please post whether ur company had a name change or not?

Yes, company name had changed, along with Tax ID. This was due to a spin off from the parent company.

Don\'t you have to file the I-140 redo since your company\'s name and Tax id has changed?
When you replied the RFE, did you use the original company name or the new company name?
