I485 was approved for me and my family! Just got a bunch of emails confirming that. Wish you all luck!

FP done in May 2004
I140 approved in June 2005
Biometrics 2 done on August 8, 2005
I485 approved on August 23, 2005

Congratulations on your I-458 approval. Did you have any LUD Changes after
your Biometrics on August 8. EB2 or EB3. When is the priority date? Please give more details.

It is EB2 category (advanced degree). I am from the non-retrogressed country. As far as I recall, my PD is October 2002.

Actaully none of the countries is retrogressed in EB2. It is current for all.
 
It is true that there is no retrogression in EB2. Somebody was asking about LUDs. There were no LUDs since Biometrics. I got an RFE previously which was related to the H1b extession, and we sent the approval notice for the extended H1b.
 
grubthegun, question for you: the biometric you did this year was code 2 or code 3? It will be interesting if it was a code 2 which means you didn't need another set of FP to get appreval after the FP1 expired! Thanks a lot!
