I like to give you guys some green light through my case.
I was approved on Aprl, 15, 2005 (yes 2 months agog) since I submitted
RFE on 04/04/2005. Since that LUD updated on 04/18 only once.
After waiting more than 2 months I requested inquiry via my lawyer.
She replied my mail today saying that my case was already approved.
She attached a email from INS officer saying becase of their computer
problem, written mail have not sent to me.
I will wait another 2 weeks to receive written form as my lawyer said.
Anyway here's summary of my case.
