Approved: 08/22/00 (message)
Yet to receive approval notice.

I heard approved message yesterday evening....

Can you tell me whether your message got updated after couple of
days of approval or you just heard. Is it like even though approvals
happens on certain day and message gets updated much later.
INS acknowledge my RFE on 8/16.

Mysore--are you with iGate??
A friend of mine whose RFE was acknowledged by INS on 08/11 got his approval on 08/18. The message was updated on 08/21. Any idea about name change?? I got RFE too and am with iGate.

Well, he is with some other company(clean case--no name change / merger) and is EB2.
What is your idea on Name change?? Our company\'s name changed after I-485 though Mastech Applications is close to Mastech Sys. corp. But I am worried as I too got the RFE. Have been waiting for GC for last 5 looooooong years!!

I am not sure when message got updated. But I have checked on
22nd Aug night. That day message was not updated.
Then I have checked INS message on 24th Aug evening. Then it says
my case was approved on 22nd Aug.

Mysore--Could you post the INS decision ASAP?? I can relax a bit if your\'s gets approved without any I-140 redo or something. Good luck.

I am still waiting for approval. I have heard and seen few approvals, with NO RFE with MAS, EMPLIFY (IGTE family). Will post on this board when I hear something.
