Since this forum is a very valued resource for me, I'd like everybody know that I-485 for both me and my wife were just approved. :)

My Application process:

I-140 NIW TSC RD 12/17/2002, Approval 9/2004. NO RFE!
I485 4/7/2003, 1st FP 6/2003, 2nd FP 1/13/2005. Approval 2/16/2005

1st EAD RD 4/7/2003, Approval 7/30/2003
2nd EAD RD 5/2004, Approval 7/18/2004

Hi 168,
Congratulations to your approval. Did you do something to speed up your case (call, fax, or whatever?) after you did your FP on 1/13/05. Did your LUD change after your second FP and when? Looks like your case is pretty much staightforward.

No, I did not do anything.

It just come by itself. The approval came about 1 month after 2nd FP.
What is LUD?
