Notes:
1. The reason it took so long to respond to the I140 RFE is because somebody had misprinted my lawyer's address, mail was returned to sender, and was re-mailed to me. This added about 2 weeks of delay, and I was lucky they had my address.
2. I was not called for fingerprinting until a very late moment, which seemed unusual.
3. After fingerprinting it took less than 2 months to get approved.
