My I485 Approved finally. (EB3) - India (SRC-99-XXX-XXX)
Priority Date June 97
RD August 99
Approved July 16, 2001
EAD 2 times (applied 3rd time)
Finger Prints(2 times)

My wife\'s case is not approved yet. She did not even receive 2nd
finger print notice.

Waited 10 years for this.
Applied for 3rd EAD. (Guess I don\'t need it)

Contacted two senators(from georgia, texas) 6 months back.
I don\'t know if that helped. I got the usual reply(processing July 99).

Hearty congrats on mking it thru..Enjoy..Did you get to know your approval thru AVM or did you get the notices directly? Just curious.

My Details:EB3/India;RD-8/25/99;ND-9/14/99;3rd EAD/AP applied for;1st FP-11/10/99 cleared 1/3/2000;2nd FP-5/9/01 cleared 5/14/01;waiting for ever

Congratulations RamaKrishna! Your approval comes as a breather to some of us, indicating
that there is some light at end of the tunnel. Do you know when was your 2nd FP Approved.

I did not check AVM, I will do it today and let you know.
My FP is done on June 23, and approved next day. I called FBI in couple of days and they told me That the results are sent next day.
