Thanks - IPC302, curryus, WaitinginQ, 140_takes_4ever, gheewalabhai888

140_takes_4ever - I have already updated the rupnet with rupnet Id dwak

gheewalabhai888 & WaitinginQ - Below the details of the 2nd RFE

2nd RFE is same as 1st RFE , in the 1st RFE there was a line it was saying whether we are claiming for AC-21 and in the 2nd that line has been removed.

We sent all the Pay stubs, W2,TAX details to our lawyer since last lawful admission. When he responded for 1st RFE he mentioned that we are not claiming AC-21 and submitted the all attachments we sent to him without specifying the employment history and current employment letter.

After our response BCIS sent 2nd RFE for my wife, the 2nd RFE is also same as 1st one but by removing words 'whether we are claiming AC-21' and 1st RFE for me (To prove I am the spouse/still the spouse - Marriage Certificate, Apartment Leasing agreement,
Bank account details, Birth certificate of the baby born to us, tax details, Life insurance if any, medical insurance if any to show everything is jointly held - My wife is a primary candidate and I am a derivative).

We responded for 2nd RFE by providing the employment history details and currently employment letter along with requested documents (Pay stubs, W2, Tax details.), In the RFE they have mentioned about cancelled checks but we not worried about it and infact we don't have any cancelled checks with us.

My wife still works for the same employer, but when we filed our 485 in DEC 2001 we were in Columbus, OH and moved to Sacramento,CA after getting the next assignment sometime in FEB 2002,we do submitted AR-11 and given change of address to INS. But I am not sure whether this triggered the RFE.

2nd RFE response has been received by BCIS on 15th OCT and we received our 2nd Finger Notice after that.

Congratulations! At this rate, I have a feeling that my application would be approved around February of 2005. Oh, what a fun it is to wait for my I-485 approval!

Congrats Dwak, nice to see that the Dec applicants are not totally forgotten.

cmr

Dwak - old buddy
congratulations !! You, cmr, russian, astalavista and I (there are
some more people can't remember them) are part of the Dec. 2001 gang - about to celebrate our 2nd. anniversaries with the
BCIS. Good to see that you could get your separation (and
freedom) before that.
