I485 approved. Filed in CA, Want to get stamping done in Boston

Hi All,

I had my H1 visa interview in Mumbai yesterday. The visa has been approved. I will be travelling to the U.S. at the end of this month. My lawyer informed me that my AOS has been approved. I will not be travelling to California during my visit. I want to know if anyone has had any experience where they have gotten their GC stamping done in a state other than where they applied. In my case, I would like to get the stamping done in Boston. Is this possible? What is the procedure? Please share any experiences you might have had.

Stamping in Boston

Just go to the boston office and remember to take your stamping notice with you, once allwed inside the building go to the floor or person an explain your situation he will take your finger prints for gc. Also try and go on a friday and as early as possible.
