I485 approved, but filed I131, check just cleared. Can I get my money back? How?

Same thing here. While talking to CSC IIO I found out that they won't return the money.

However, I remember about a year ago there was a guy who got the check back. So I guess it may be even the IIOs discretion.

Same situation here. Do we need to do anything like cancel the I-131? Not to get the money back but just to be correct status-wise with USCIS.

This will be the most likely outcome

My friend was in the same situation.
INS just rejected his I-131 on the basis that the I-485 is approved.
