My I485 has been approved yesterday and received emails today. Spouse I485 is still pending. Here is my case details.

PD: Dec 2001, EB2
I140&485 Rd: April29, 2004
I140&485 ND: May 15,2004
I140 AD: March 30, 2005
I485 AD:March 14,2006 (Primary)
I485 Ad:? (spouse)

Do you know why your wife's case is pending?
Also, did you send e-mail query to CSC? When and what was the reply?

My attorny sent a mail to USCIS on March 1st and didn't get any reply yet. I don't know why my wife case is still pending but her EAD and AP approved yesterday.

I am only halfway thru, since my wife case is still pending. I hope, You guys also will receive the approvals in few days. USCIS really moving forward.

Why were you not approved before? Why was you case delayed?
 
Congratualtions! Did you know when your name check was cleared? Did you contact congressman or senator to get your name check cleared? Thanks.

I didn't contact congressmen/senator and no idea when the name check was cleared.
485 approved on March 14th and received the card yesterday.
 
Not yet. We recieved reply from USCIS that my spouse FBI secuirty checks have cleared and it is in "No Visa Available" shelf. I am not sure when they will allocate visa for her?

I485:Notice date: May 2004

Primary approved: March 15,2005

We have recieved reply from USCIS that her FBI secuirty checks has been cleared and for some reason her case was on "NO VISA Availbale" shelf and they were asking primary applicant information. Once we sent the primary applicant information , USCIS replied that her case already moved off from "No visa avilable" shelf and will be distributed to officer shortly. Please allow 30 days to process.
