Finally got approve notice in the mail. And we got our passport stamped.
Details:
EB3, China
PD: 5/99
RD: 1/2000
ND: 1/2000
FP: 3/2000, 5/2000
AD: 8/31/2001

SRC 00-071-xxxxx
No RFE, used 2 EAD/AP

Contacted senator several months before, got the standard reply, saying \'TSC is processing July 99\'s case. You have to wait another 6-8 month...\'
Thankfully, it\'s over.

It\'s 1st FP redo

No, I did the 1st FP in 03/00, because it\'s not very clear. FBI asked me to redo it on 05/00.

Go to congress.gov and look up your district congressman and give them a call. They have the same standard procedure of asking you to fax them a letter of authorization to inquire about your case. U will need to pump in all receipt details and stuff. Here is the link, click on Official list by State either in PDF / HTML format and select based on the city of residence. FYI,the congressman does the same in terms of checking status as ur senator. Hope this helps.
