Hi All,
Today I got a mail confirming that my I485 has been approved!

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On September 13, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Can anyone please tell me how long will it take for me to get the Green Card in hand? Will I get another mail when the actual card is mailed to me?

I am planning to travel, and I want to have the GC in hand before I leave.

Mind to share your case detail? Any LUD before approval? ever check with CIS for NC status?

BTW, I heard the card will be mailed from KY. So, do the math....

I got the card within seven days
 
Approval Notice sent means...

Approval Notice sent means... the card is mailed. The card is attached to the approval notice itself. So you should receive it in a day or two. Monitor your mail box.
