I485 approval!! Finally!!

We finally received our 1485 approval

Details below
EB3- INDIA
PD - Sep 1996
RD - Aug 99
ND - Sep 99
RFE employment letter received nov 1st
received by INS Nov 22nd
Approval date - Dec 27
Voice mail still says "Response for Additional info received on ..."
We got the courtesy copy in mail yesterday for both me and my husband

My question is - how long does my passport need to be valid
for me to not have to renew it before stamping??

At the Indian Embassy in New York it takes about 1 week including FedEx to get your passport updated and renewed for the next 10 years, and you still get to keep your old passport.... so go for it.
You are allowed to send it in only if it is 360 days to expiry.

I am currently using My EAD and my I-94 is expiring in Jan 26th.
What should I do now?
Should I apply for new I-94?
