Hello friends, please help.
I reside in Boston, MA and my company is also located in Boston, MA. My lawyer by mistake mailed my I485/EAD/AP applications to TSC.
My EAD/AP is already approved by TSC. What is going to happen to my I485 application. Any help/suggestion is appreciated.
Is there any way I can transfer the case to VSC. Do I need to transfer the case?
Thanks,
Bhaskar

i dont think

you can transfer at this point of time. it will ofcourse delay the process with the way ins texas is working
why not ask ur lawyer to coordinate through aila?

You need to fire your attorney

Same happened to me. All my RIR, H-1 and I-140 were approved by VSC but this stupid attorney sent my I-485 to TSC instead of VSC in Feb., 2000. My case has been pending with TSC for almost 2.5 years. I even don\'t know what will happen to my case next. Since TSC is processing March, 2000 cases I have to wait for the outcome from TSC. I am thinking of any options of letting this attorney pay all my loss. You never know how hard I went through this downturn due to the lacking of GR, which should be approved 1.5 years ago.
