i485 already applied and question on ETA 750

Hi , I already signed i485 and wiaiing for approval. Now my company asking me to sign ETA 750 ie., labor certi for green card proces which is alrady done. If I sign ETA 750 what will happen to my exisintg 485 processing?

why does your company wants you to sign ETA twice !! I might be missing something, was your pervious labor cert.. from a different company.....

Your current processing will go on , but after you get another labor certification what are you planning with that are you apply for I140 and filing for 485 again??? if you are changing your category like From EB3-> EB2->EB1 then your processing will continue and you have to file an ammended I140...

I do not know. Certainly I do not want to do anything with new LC. I would like my i485 approved without any problems. That is all. My company might use my new lca for other employee???
Still I am concerned with my current processing.

talk to your lawyer.
You will be in trouble if the labor cert. is done in the same region.

Why don\'t you ask the person who wanted you to sign ETA750 ??, Ask him WHY do you want to apply LC when
you have already got it???
