desp_gc, what is the last message on your 485? My case is more or less similar to yours. My status says something like "after review you case is reopened ....."

What is your PD? Also I see your's is a substitution case. Do you know if the person for whom the original labor was filed for used AC21 or just quit the company.

Also, do you know if after 140 withdrawal, your former employer will use the labor for someone else. In such a case, what will happen?

Any update on your case like LUD, RFE or Msg change???

I am also in the same boat. After submitting reply to NOID, I have never received any letter back from INS(other than LUD change right after submission). It is been over 2 months.

When did you file MTR and how long did USCIS take to respond to it. I am also waiting for them to re open my case.
