There are a lot of I140 approvals lately. How about we start a thread to track Finger Printing?

My info:

I485 ND 07/01/2003.

No finger printing notice yet.
 
nice thought,

mine is 09/26/2003

not to mention that no FP notice yet.

one of my friend has a ND of 07/03/2003 and he just got his FP done.

Is your I-140 approved?
 
Yes I140 EB2 ND 07/01/03 was approved on Mar 19, 04. Hopefully I will get my finger printing notice soon.
 
Guys,
Does it matter when we get the finger printing notice as long as there is more time (expected) for the I-485 to be approved? Does it help in anyway?

How do we know , wether we got Finger printing or not ??

Is Finger Printing anyway related to I140 approval?
Let me put it other way do we get the Figer Printing after I140 approval?

I can say for sure that FP notice has nothing to do with I-140 approval,i have seen so many people who got there FP notice exactly after 10 months of filing 485 application,don't know if this may trigger i-140 processing in some way but this is a part of 485 process.

As far as I know, finger printing notice is sent out based on I485 Notice Date. I140 approval is not required for concurrent filing.

I agree I140 approval has nothing to do with Finger Printing

I140 RD 06/08/2002
I485 RD 12/01/2002
I765 EAD AP 02/03/2003
FP Done RD 03/04/2003
I140 RFE Replied RD 10/29/2003 No approval yet ???
I765 2nd EAD Renewal RD 01/13/2004
FP for EAD Renewal done on 01/23/2004 No approval yet ???

Just waiting.....
 
Let's not have separate tracker, we are already tracking the finger printing information in the consolidated 2003 tracker, we just got rid of monthly trackers and consolidated everything into one, what's the point in creating separate threads again? Moreover if we move to a web based system, it will help if the data is in one place. It was a lot of work in consolidating the monthly trackers...let's just keep it that way...
