I40/CP cases

mid March 2004 140/485 concurrent filing nebraska

guys

my finger priting which was done mid may has moved from the FBI to the nebraska center. and the online status has been updated. I am now keeping my fingers crossed for the concurrent 140 / 485 adjudication. I think my case is among those cases processed using the fuji ohata ......

Is NSC processing 140 CP and 140 RFE(non-cp) cases?????

Hi Guys

Do you have idea if NSC is processing 140 CP cases and 140 RFE ( non CP cases).

I dont see any appovals of 140RFE (non CP ) cases since alst 2 weeks. What is going on.....

My 140 RFE was received by USCIS on 4/27/04 and since then i'm waiting for approval....

PD : 8/2002
140 RD 11/03
485 RD 11/2003
140 RFE on company ability to pay as well as W-2.

Any guess when decision on my cases will be taken....

I-140 Approval : Waiting

Website shows that NSC is taking 8-9 months for approval. Seems different (rather confusing) to see some latest case results (which sure is a positive contradiction). Does it mean that the process is getting faster?

Would wait for any experts comments. Thanks
