Could you please let us know how the company documents were handled? Any issues with the loss, CPA certified tax documents.

The labor was apporved in 1999. It is a substitude labour case. While the I140 was filed Tax docs for the company for years 1999 and 2000 were not filed. So RFE requested copies of those documents. And I also sent my 2003 W2 at the same time since it was available by the time we answered the RFE. Company has about 50 employees.
I have to update the tracker though. I will do it in a momment.
