I20 help needed

I'm on an H4 and about to go out of status within the next week and need to file my I539 to change to an F1 visa. The problem is my I20 is valid starting only winter 2007 and so I need to take something to fill up the next 3 months or so. All the local community colleges require international students to register 3 months before the quarter begins to enroll in the semester...and so my question is are there places that issue I20 forms within days or better yet instantaneously? I've heard Kaplan does this once one pays the fees, any other places like these? Please help

enroll quickly so that u dont go out of status even for a day.
kaplan has some english courses etc which are the cheapest ,,get it done quick though,,,even if you have to pay extra ,, time is more critical for u. use fax / express mail ..........
