Recently my lawyer submiited information to NSC following a RFE from them and this is the message I saw on line...
"On October 6, 2003, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 150 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. "
Does that mean I have to wait for another few months before I get any reply on the status of my I140? Is this a bad sign that my I140 will not be approved
