I140 withdrawal used AC21

1. Is your application filed in NSC or VSC?
2. Did NOID is asking about any docs related to ability to pay?
 
GCdeewana, You can see the text of NOID in my previous reply. I sent latest EVL to attorney. My GC is filed as NSC

I have received four pages of NOID letter which calls for EVL and also docs related to ability to pay. I also filed in NSC.

Why is USCIS issuing NOIDs and rejections when you guys have already submitted AC21 docs?. In response to NOID or to file an MTR all you have is the same set of documents to send again. If AC21 is really effective why can't USCIS link these documents to respective cases ? :confused:

If things are so simple, how will the lawyers make money?

How many lawyers deal with Canadian Immigration? Not many. Even those who do, they cater to fears of the immigration applicant.

Really, most of us are adept enough to do lot of things ourselves. It is just that we give in to fear, fear that we dont know something the lawyer knows.

Also, can any of you Ac21 guys, find out what priority date your application was assigned after 140 withdrawal ?

Yes, I did within 3 weeks of changing. Then I saw an LUD on Nov 14th on 485 and 140. I was guessing this was related to AC21. I also sent G-28. But it looks like they did not update because the denial letter went to old lawyer.

Then I saw few more LUDs around the denial date of Dec 7th.
 
That is what INS man? I dont how long is this torture?...but i dont undestand the DENIAL letter supposed to be NOID....their system totally got screwed up..you would be fine dude..relax...

Denial can make more money than NOID which is free. Is that simple? MTR inreased the fee!
 
485 Re-opened

My denied 485 case was reopened by USCIS Motion. This means that USCIS opened the case on their own.

I filed for MTR 3 weeks back and got a receipt notice. Paid $770 in USCIS Fees, all of it is is waste now.

Certainly they want to make more money.

After replying to NOID, the status message for my 485 got changed as follows.

On December 29, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

How about yours??? Any update? Any activity on your cases???
 
All Our applications LUDs have been changed.. (Approved and Pending)

Hi Murthyvsn and GCDeewaa and others,
Just now I saw that all our applictions (140, 485, EAD and AP) LUDs have been changed to today. I am suspecting my 140 might have been revoked. I have used AC21 sent that letter to USCIS. My question is when company revoked I-140 did all other applications LUD change? I need to contact my company and attorney tomorrow. But if you can give me some info on this that will be great.

It happened to me when my I-140 was withdrawn and received NOID after a week.

I saw some where in the forum, it could even happen when they process ur pending EAD/AP.

Check with your attorney and keep us posted.

What will be my status once I get the NOID.. I am working on EAD now during that period do I need to stop working? How much time I will get to reply NOID and after how long the notice changed on 485 and all others?

Nothing will happen even if it is NOID. You will get 30 days to reply with all required documents.

Your status will remain same.
