Hi All,
My i140 was applied in aug 03, in Nebreska and on Jan 8 , 04 it has been transferred to CSC.
I 485 & 765 & 131 was applied in california service cetner on Dec 5th. Attorney gave a reason for appliying in CSC , because I live in Arizona. On Feb 18, CSC transffered all my 485 765 131 applications to Nebreska, I dont know the reason.
My questions are:
1. Does any one had similar situation, and what is the better way to handle it.
2. Is it better to call CSC and have the i140 to redirect to nebreska because they have 485 and 131 and 765. or Call Nebreska and ask them to send back to CSC all these documents or leave as it is? Please suggest.
3. Will CSC / Nebreska will take them as a fresh appliacations and the new processing times will be equal to the new transferred dates?
4. Is there any thing attorney has do to expedite this process?
5. On mar 5, the 90 days time will be over for application 765, will I be able to go to local INS and get interim EAD? To get interim EAD does i140 needs to be approved?
Thanks a lot ..
