I140 transferred to local office

Hi,
I submitted I140 EB1 Jan 2004. In Oct 2004, my appliation was transferred to my local office. I asked people, and no one knows why. Does anyone here know what's the reason?
I went to local office a few times (Infopass), and they couldn't find my application there.

I'm very sorry about this miserable experience. I think it's a severe mistake USCIS made. You should call 1-800-375-5283 and have USCIS officers correct this mistake immediately. If you can't get a reasonable settlement, you should resubmit it immediately because nobody in USCIS cares the loss it caused you. Good luck.
