Finally some movement ..... feels good!

Got an RFE for credential evaluation .... 3 year issue, I have a B.Sc.!

I 140:

RD: June 2nd, 2002
ND: June 8th, 2002
RFE: July 28th, 2003

I 485:

RD: November 4st, 2002
ND: November 15th, 2003
EAD & AP: Approved, December, 24, 2002

Employer received the RFE on 08/07/2003 & hopefully will send in the reply soon!

Keeping my fingers crossed.
 
140 RFE...

To all gurus' out there... How long it probably take to get a decission after an RFE?
