I140 RFE - who receives the RFE

Please let me know both employer and Lawyer receives the I140 RFE or only lawyer receive it. Please post your answer.

Thanks for the reply.Ido not know whats the RFe about. The online status says issued on 03/03.I will post once i get the details.

Did you get your RFE yet? I got an email about 140 - RFE on 3/8.

RFE stands for: "Request for Evidence"
This typicaly happens if CIS needs more information like: latest salary, prrof of employent,, etc
 
My attorney received the ability to pay RFE on friday and he mailed back with company tax returns and my W2's and pay stubs Y'day. Just wait and see when they are gonna to approve ?
 
Did they specifically mention waht docs they need? Also, did your Actual pay differ from your Labor pay? If so, by how much?

They specified company's tax returns for 2002,2003 and 2004.I was getting paid more than 14%,6% and 11% respectiveley for those years.
