Just got an email message this morning. My case was last updated on 10/27/04, which is exactly one year from the RD. Still don't know what I should prepare since I haven't seen the notice yet. My lawyer said most probably I will have to have opinion letters from NSF or AAAS officers. I would like to ask if any people who succeeded in RFE could share some of his experience on how to prepare letters and other information. Thanks a lot.
 
The online case status says:

"On October 27, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."
