I will be getting my I-140 REDO approval in mail from my Lawyer. I will let you know my EAC number as soon as I have it. I wont belive my lawyer words, until I see the approval in mail. As I said INS received my response on oct 27th and it is only two weeks, So it is hard to believe. I am Hoping my lawyer gave me the right information.

RFE for pay-stubs, employment letter, tax-forms etc on Sep 28, 2000. Since my employer had been acquired, (change in name & tax-id), it was decided to file an amended I-140 petition too along-with the reply.Replied on Oct 20 & INS received (according to USPS) on Oct 21, 2000. No receipt till today....
Called IIO today and after asking for my name & company\'s name, told me that no I-140 petition has been entered into the system so far. As you all know, there have been numerous I-140 petitions filed around the same date, including after mine, which have been issued receipts. I am really at a loss as to what to do. Any suggestions from you folks????

Regarding VSC0813 I-140 Redo Approval:
my RD & ND also same as VSC0813. RD: Oct 25 and ND:Oct 27
But my receipt Number is: EAC01-021-5XXXX
No approval yet.
