I140 RFE for Education Evaluation

I applied for I140 during Sept 2003, i got my labour certification on EB2. Now i got RFE to submit my education evaluation. I had done my Bachelors in Mech Engg and Masters In Businesss Admin.

I was little much tensed after seeing RFE.
What happens to RFE ? Will i will get approved ? Had anybody seen any cases of rejection in I140?
Please let me know ?

You don't have to worry. Asking for education evaluation is very common. I got an RFE on education evaluation and it got cleared..My I-140 got approved a month after sending a response to my RFE.

You should feel happy for getting an RFE these days...!! Submit your education evaluation and you are done ...!!! There are many chances to your I-140 get cleared.. Good luck..

degree evaluation Qs??

Sabitha,

do you have your degrees from India?? is that why you need the evaluation??

Hi sabitha235

I have also got a RFE on my 140. same stuff. educational evaluation and experience. I filed in EB3 category and I do have a Bachelors degree from India. My lawyer has done the educational evaluation of the degree from morningstar and she is going to send it soon.
Let's see how it goes.

Yes sanjay I got my Degrees from India.

I didn't get you. Can you please make it clear. My LC is based on my degree and Masters.
Will it be any specific in LC ? Where can i found that in LC.
