can you tell me the detail on how to petition for EB2

Hi WXS,

Congratulations to your approval.

Would you mind telling me a little bit more about how to apply through EB2? How long did it take you starting from labor certificate?

I got Ph.D, and will try EB1, EB2/NIW. and will use routine EB2 as backup.

I apply it through my company\'s lawyer, so I do not know many details. My lawyer spent 3 months to prepare materials and my LC was filled LC April, 2001, got approved on August.

In addition, I has MS degree.
