In fact, I do not know the detail about the RFE since it is handled by my company\'s lawyer, my company has 900 employee and IPO at 1999( started at 1994). Another employee also be asked RFE last year and got approved at Nov, 2001, so I think the reason of RFE is company history is too short.

The same as you. From the AVM, my case was approved on Jan.28 after RFE. But by now( Friday) I have not received the notice mail. Have to wait. WSX, will you choose file I-485 or CP?
