UN and gurus,
I am tired of sitting current, going unavailable and looking at the possibility of further retrogression again. There are decent fulltime opportunities for my skills and I am seriously thinking of changing my job using EAD (but invoking AC21 only if required).
I have a question in this regard. Does revoking I140 affect a company's (e.g. a company of 500 consultants with turnover around $100 million) goodwill at DOS/USCIS? Does it in any sense mean that it does not have the ability to pay for such a position. I know after AC21, for canceling an approved H1 a company needs to give lot of explanation. Is there something like this revoking I140 also. I do not think that my company is really interested in using the filed labor after revoking I140.
What is the usual reason given by companies for revoking I140(the person is not working anymore with them ?).
