I am considering a job change and my 485 is pending for last 13 months.
Can anybody tell me how a company can revoke I140(What documetation). How much time INS takes to handle this kind of revocation?

--Company has just to send a letter to BCIS to revoke the particular I-140 they will write I-140 EAC or WAC, NSC # on letter

---- Depends on service center no hard and fast rule

I hope you will be safe and can use AC21, find the new job Same/similar and new employer should pay you minimum salary as written on your LC, if possible try to get approved LC copy, I-140 copy I-485 filing receipt before you leave (from HR or Lawyer)

If possible try to join new employer with H1 transfer because if unfortunately I-485 is denied (very less chance) due to any reason you will have safety of H1 and can work and stay in Us till you have H1 or maintain H1, if the new employer does not file for H1 transfer then only join by EAD

I'm not exactly answering your question, but

As long as your I-485 is pending for more than 180 days, your I-485 cannot be denied based on the revoked I-140 if I-485 was filed after I-140's approval. (I'm not sure about I-140/I-485 concurrent filing.)
