I140 rejected and approved I140 status changed

My LC Sub I140 got rejected yesterday on education evaluation (Dip+AMIETE+MS-bits). I already have an approved I140 which was approved in premium processing in April and we requested to use that I140 for my pending 485. But today I saw status/message change on my approved I140 too as follows. This approved I140 was from TSC, 485 and first I140 filed with this 485 (rejected I140) are pending at NSC. Could some one tell me if they had similar issue and how to interpret the message)?

What would happen to my pending I485? I485 is still pending.

So now they are even transferring I-140 cases to the local office? That's ridiculous.

Today my attorney received intent to revoke the approved I140 too. My 7th year H1B is expiring in january and I am very concerned about the whole process after 7 years. My attorney told me to file H1B extension in premium processing as soon as possible. Could any one suggest what could be the best course of action int this case? I work for a big software company in Bayarea.
