Hi All,

Once if I-140 gets approved with 6 months time frame completion and if we decide to shift from current employer A to differerent employer B.

Will there be any need to deal with employer A after transfer or do we need any documents or support from employer A until we get the GC?

Thanks,
Madhavi

NO. Provided your 140 is approved and you have completed 180 days from the date of applying for 485 you don't need any supporting documentation from the sponsoring company.

If i were you , i would keep a copy of Approved I-140 petition and Certified Perm.Labor from regional office for future reference

USCIS asking for copy of I-140 these days for renewing EAD's & AP's .. so it is always better to keep all related documents in hands before making any move.
