I140 Query

Hi,
I received a query on my I140 case where BCIS is demanding IRS certified return of my employer. Does anyone know what IRS certified return is?
 
compan's audited and certified tax returns.

it is a vary normal query,nothing to be worried abt, according to my attorny, these days INS issues this RFE if salary on Labor is mentioned something around 70k-75k and also if number of employees in company is less then 50,not to mention that this is his observation but since he is an attorny i did buy that.
