Hello all,

Being a novice to this immigration world, I would like to ask a simple question:

USCIS received the second RFE documents on August 15th and the website still indicates a status of receiving documents for first RFE on july 25th. Even though our HR was able to track that the document was received and signed by them on August 15th, there's no mention of this on their website.

Is this normal? If so, how long is the processing time once they receive the documents? For me, it's almost a month and haven't received anything yet.

It's Texas service center processing this petition. Thanks.
 
this shows that uscis is totally random.........even their IT system is f***ing random.....

from what i have seen in many other posts....they usually change the LUD withink 4-5 days of receiving the RFE......but you never know they may not have touched your RFE document yet.....lying somewhere till they can throw the dart at your file....

try to follow up just in case......but be patient so as not to piss anyone......good luck
