I140 porting issue

  1. I have a few quick question on the porting of I140 done by lawyer.
    2)I filed my I140 EB3 on 2009 November and it was told by my old employer
    that it was approved even the lawfirm that applied during that time says it
    approved.but when i checked online it says below.How do i make sure it was
    approved?
    On November 16, 2009, we received your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for
    Alien Worker , Receipt Number SRC1080002964, and sent you the receipt notice
    that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions
    in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by December 16,
    2009, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283
    2)In 2014 my eb2 I140 was approved by my new company and as my company lawyer
    was on vacation for some time,As per my old lawyer response of old I140
    approved,i did the porting of my old I140 date(2008 EB3) through another
    lawyer after the new I140 is approved.how do i know my new lawyer has surely done the porting or not and
    also want to check is the porting will be done as a typological error and its
    been around 5 months and no update,also when checking online on my latest
    I140 approved number one below is the update keep showing me.Please let me
    know how long this kind of case normally takes.

  2. Is anyone have this kind of case before?
