I140 Pending - 2003

A lot of EB2 category cases are pending from 2003 the hope is that now that EB3 is going in retrogression the processing in EB2 will speed up. But the processing dates on the USCIS website still show that they are processing cases from June 2003 for EB2 which means there are a lot of cases pending there. Where as what is concerning is that the I140 says it has progressed to Dec 10 2003 and yet there are a lot cases still pending from PD before that. I think people can initate a query or talk to INS about it. Usually INS have open press and AILA (American Lawyers Agency) meeting from time to time and people can ask questions there so it could be possible that your lawyers is going to one such meeting.

Guys, update from

Congressman's office that, USCIS guys called them and updated that my case has been sent to an adjudicating officer on 12/22/04 and is under process. Not sure what's gonna happen, keeping my fingers crossed at this time.
 
VISA not available

Just now I called Congressman. he called VSC and got information that VISA is not avaible with INS for my pending I140 since DEV 2003. Last week I also called Senator. he gave me same information.

is this correct. may be that is reason now a days none of I140 is moving ?

Not stationery...

Accoring to congress man. INS does not have visa availble for I140 case. my application is waiting for visa number.

Responded to RFE on 1/6/05, since then no activity on my account. Pending since 10/17/03, dammmmmmmmmmmn.........

Can't initiate inquiry also as it's been only 30 days since we sent our reply.

Filed on Sep 03 and still waiting... No mesg change and no rfe but only a few LUDs (pls see signature). The scary part if what if the case's is denied and the denial never reaches me (this has happened to some ppl in the forum)... in many cases the online status never reflected the denial...

Nevertheless i'm still hoping to hear from uscis... denial or rfe... or maybe an approval...
